[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the 55 years I have been married I have had only one or two new ranges. The others were used. When it came time for a new a wanted an excellent range without all the bells an whistles. One with a true constant flame and even oven temperature. That is exactly what I have with my new Amana gas range. Not even an oven light and I love it. It bakes perfectly and the stove top maintains an constant flame even on low. I recommend it to anyone who wants a good "work horse" range at a very reasonable price.

So far, we like it a lot. This is a very basic range/oven. No timers, not even a clock. Nothing fancy. Just adjustable burners and an oven control with markings for temperature settings. But that's exactly what we wanted.

We needed a stove quick and at a good price and until we renovate the kitchen and buy stainless steel, this fit perfectly. The only thing I miss is the clock and the light in the oven. For the price, you can't go wrong.
