I bought this dryer about a month ago, and I'm not 100% pleased. Dryer is very efficient for light fabrics, but heavier fabrics -- even permanent press -- need the highest temp setting. A load of towels -- even a smaller load -- takes a LONG time to dry -- like over an hour. May contact the retailer I bought it from to see what options I may have.

Basically the dryer is fine. The lint filter is difficult to get out and to clean. It leaves residue on the top of the dryer when it is cleaned..

This is a very nice dryer and the store where we bought it from changed the door to a left swing to fit with our needs. Simple and easy to use and heats up very quickly. I do miss my old dryer that had a pull down door as I would lay my wet clothes on the door to shake them out before placing them in the dryer.
