Opend and used deviced and I am the third buyer

I got a device, and there was a note inside the box from a previous buyer saying that he got it used!! Means I am the third buyer, I contaced the seller "Wyze LifeStyle", and they sent me a replacement device, guess what! the replacement device was used as well, I found water inside the tank of the device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
