Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was a replacement to an existing oven that died due to power surge. The oven works good and is much quieter than the original, even when using the convection feature. Nice touch is the built in rack handles which make pulling loaded rack out much easier. The "control panel" takes a bit to get used to and the manual is not very clear on some functions. Temp seems to run a tad high, just turning it down 10 degrees seems to work, which was the same as the original that it replaced from a different mfg.

A fantastic oven for us

on our unit. It runs smooth and heats very well compared to our last oven. It is quite and easy to set times and heating levels for preparing different meals.

nice looking, lots of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used it for two weeks. I like the quick pre heat, it heats up to temperature in less than 5 minutes. The oven temperature seems accurate and uniform. I like to clean modern look. The electronics cooling fan is very noisy, it either has a bad bearing or is out of balance. The sheet metal surrounding the fan and electronics are very thin gauge and are vibrating. I have been out of town and have not had tome to call for service. Hopefully they can replace it.

Amazing! The double ovens are fantastic...

Glass front broke off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had it for 13 months. My Wife shut the door and a screw separated from the handle. When the door was opened the glass fell off and shattered. Now I have buy a new glass because, in my opinion, the design is faulty. The glass should not have failed at 13 months.
Up to now, we were well pleased with the operation of this oven.
