Big improvement in kitchen efficiency

For years I have wanted a double oven. When my husband agreed to this change, this was the model we chose. Each oven has larger capacity than our previous single oven. It is wonderful having both the convection and conventional options. Eye level baking is saving my back. Best of everything.

GREAT FEATURES

I bought this oven 3 months ago replace my old oven. I think it's great. I've had NO problems ,yet. The only thing I notice is warm up time is slower than my old technology oven. I believe this is true of all current ovens. I would definitely get this oven again. I'm very pleased with it's performance. SAL

I previously had an older model which lasted for 16 years. I havehad this new one for approximately 1 month now and enjoying it very much. Hopefully, it will last just a long as my previous oven....

Great oven and attractive as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven replaced our 30 year old wall oven that never gave us a single problem. We love the convection option. Some people complained on-line that the fan was too noisy and ran for a long time after cooking is completed. It is the fan that cools the computer board and it's not that noisy. Also, if you open the oven door to let the hot air out, the fan QUICKLY shuts down.
The oven matches our Frigidaire microwave that we have been very pleased with as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven fit perfectly in our cabinet opening that was 23 years old. It installed easily, looks great, and seems well made. The oven lights are bright and make the food quite visible. My wife loves this. However, there are some trends now in modern ovens that have both pros and cons. For example, older built-ins were prone to overheat the electronics over time. Newer ovens have much better air flow to prevent this but this comes at the cost of fan noise. We thought one of the fans in this oven was excessively loud so we made a local service call. We were told a new version of the fan is quieter and we are awaiting that part. The service guy was very helpful and friendly and all of this will be fully covered under warranty. Another trend is how newer ovens don’t have an exposed heating element at the bottom. This makes the oven much easier to clean. However, it can also increase pre-heat time. This oven cleverly uses the convection fan to assist the pre-heat stage so it pre-heats quickly. But if you even briefly open the door and cause the oven temp to drop, we have found that the convection fan does not engage after the initial pre-heat stage, so the oven might take quite a while to reach the original temp. This can impact cooking times. I would like to see a solution for this because toothpick tests are often a necessity when baking. Lastly, the timer is great and convenient to use, but we would love a single beep at the 1-minute-left mark. Our old oven did this and we both liked this feature.

Attractive, great features, spacious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit nervous as we had it Installed the day before Thanksgiving. I was thrilled to find that our 20 # turkey fit comfortably. (couldn't get a turkey in our old oven). It's quiet and doesn't radiate much heat.
