I almost didn't buy this because I really wanted a frost free bar fridge, but I have limited space. Thanks to the seal with the freezer compartment, there has been no frost yet after a few months. I got tired of defrosting my old one. I'm delighted.

Good size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this compact refrigerator for one month. It is good looking, completely silent and operates perfectly at a medium setting. Great for our home refrigerator overflow and keeping soft drinks.

Great bar fridge

Frost is forming like crazy!

We have been playing with the temperature to get the freezer to actually freeze ice cubes. Now we have frost forming all over the freezer and along the back wall of the refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, GramBee! I can imagine your concern. This model is not frost-free, meaning you will have to manually defrost it when this happens. Remove all contents from the fridge, ensure a drip pan or towel is under the freezer compartment and then unplug the unit. The process will take a few hours; keep the fridge door open to accelerate the process. Keep an eye on the drip pan/towel as it will fill with water; empty and replace as needed. When the freezer is completely defrosted, empty the drip pan/remove the towel and wipe down the interior of the unit. Plug the fridge back in, reset the temperature and replace the contents. ~ Brandi

CHEAP PARTS INSIDE, DOES NOT GET COLD ENOUGH

Freezer door broke, coldest it gets is about 45 which is not cold enough for basement bar.

Doesn't cool below 40 degrees

Refrigerator will not cool below 40 degrees even when 2/3 full or more located in a room that never exceeds 70 degree temperature when closed for days. Waiting for Frigidaire to provide warranty service or replacement.

Good machine

My new Frigidaire replaced a refrigerator/freezer that I owned for 20 years. The machine I replaced was noisy, the ice maker didn't work, and the freezer often froze up. My new Frigidaire is so much better! I don't use the produce bin. Instead, I use that space for lots of 12 ounce bottles. Another plus for my new Frigidaire is that it exactly fits in the space where I had my old machine. If you need to replace a refrigerator used primarily for drinks, this is the one.
