Some issues

We moved into our new house December 12th, 2016. A couple issues we have with the oven: 1) It takes it 17 minutes to preheat to 450 degrees. Much longer than we are used to. You sent out a service man to check it and he said everything is ok . . . that's just the way it is. And 2) it continues to blow out hot air, even after it has been turned off. Summer is not here yet but I see this as really heating up the kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey wwhite44, sometimes adjusting to a new appliance can be frustrating. Your wall oven has a hidden bake element, times ranging from 10-17 minutes are normal to preheat to 350°F. The ventilation fan will continue to exhaust the hot air until it has cooled down enough to safeguard the internal components. This is the normal operation of your wall oven. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with the oven. The only drawback is that the digital clock doesn't have the hour and minute controls for resetting. That feature is probably available on a more expensive model I assume.

Poor Temp control, door is poorly designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not run true to the temperature you set it at. It runs about 20 degrees hotter. Makes a lot of noise blowing air out the front. If you let the door go it will slam shut rattling the whole kitchen. Very poor quality compared to the Frigidaire it replaced.

They said that it is very easy to use and a great product. I told there word on it, and I must say that they are totally correct. I am very happy with this oven.
