Black spot in Glass Top

Received the stove on 5/16/2016. Took almost a month after order & paid for it. Top of stove was delivered with a black mark in the glass. Store took photo and said they will order new one. Will take about a month. Very disappointed in this made in USA product. Fan runs when oven is on, but keeps running almost 10 mins after you shut off the oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great in this cook's kitchen

We bought a house that had been upgraded with matching Frigidaire appliances in the kitchen. We have been there a year now and use the oven at least several times each week - a little less in the summer months. Works great. Does all the things an oven needs to do and is very reliable. We have not had any problems.
The oven preheats at a normal rate (not quickly, not slowly). The oven has its own timer, but I find it a little cumbersome to use so I keep time with the microwave instead. The cancel button, which turns off the oven, does not also turn off the oven light - that's my only suggestion for improvement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

first one delivered had "issues" and you graciously (and wisely?) replaced it. Because of the problems I had, I am not fully convinced of the reliability of the new one which was delivered in June. So far, so good. But as it is summer and I don't use the oven much in the hotter months, I haven't used it enough to trust it yet. I am hopeful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven was bought as a replacement for one that gave out. I think this is a very good product. It was easy to install and fit in the old space - although we did have to add one shim for the height. Two reasons why I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is one; the preheat feature. It takes a little longer to preheat than my old oven and it doesn't show heating progress so you know where the temperature is and how close to being ready the oven is. The second one is timed baking feature. For instance if you are leaving at 3:00 p.m and want the oven to go on at 4:00 p.m. and stop baking at 5:00 it takes the information but the oven fan starts blowing air at the air vent even though the oven won't be on for another hour. It doesn't hurt the baking but having it blow for no reason for an hour is a waste of electricity and it bothers me.
