[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had to recalibrate the temp twice in a month. Buy an accurate thermometer to check th is oven. Mine was 30 deg off to cold from the factory

Oh no, Keegan! I can imagine your concern with the oven being too cool. If it continues to experience issues with not maintaining the appropriate temperatures, please let us know, and we will be happy to schedule a service appointment to have someone take a look at it. ~ Brandi

Not that pleased with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven takes an extremely long time to preheat. We also had issues with the temperature not being accurate. There is a way to increase the temperature up to 35 degrees higher. We had to do that for it to cook correctly.

Hello, Tmh325! Ovens with hidden bake elements take a little longer to preheat. Times ranging from 10 to 17 minutes are normal to preheat to 350 degrees. Keeping the oven door closed during the preheat cycle will minimize the time required. ~ Brandi

Best cookies I ever made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not too much baking in the summer time, but I made chocolate chip cookies for my grandkids using the same recipe I have always used. Cookies didn't spread out in like they did in my old gas oven. Can't wait to see how bread comes out. Disappointed, though. that the oven didn't come with a broiler pan.

Nice double oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this about a month. It was installed as part of our new house (contractor selected). It does seem to have a hot spot in the back left side of the oven and it takes a while to heat up. It doesn't have an bells or whistles, like convection, but it does what it should - bakes food.
I would recommend this to a friend!
Response from frigidaire.comBy Ruth, Online Outreach Specialist, July 6, 2017
Thank you for sharing your wall oven experience, Jertie. When cakes and cookies (etc...) are too dark or burn on the top or bottom, this may indicate the items were put into the oven before preheating time is completed. Models with the hidden bake feature (like your model) take a little longer to preheat. Times ranging from 10 to 17 minutes are normal to preheat to 350° F. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reconnect with us directly by calling Mon-Fri, 8a-8p or Saturday 9a-6p EST @ 877-435-3287. We are here for you. Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth
