As with most brand appliances, glass used in your oven door is tempered to withstand higher temperatures and higher pressure than enameled glass; however, the tempering process does not make this glass unbreakable. Oven door breakage within the first year of purchase is typically due to thermal heat. If your oven door cracks at a point beyond the first year, then the cause is not from the manufacturing process and likely from an incident leading to breakage. This may not be apparent at the time, but breakage can still occur as damage may not be visible for a few months. Please contact us directly for any further questions or concerns.
