Excellent Product Out Of The Box

Received the computer ahead of estimated shipping date, and hooked everything up within 15 minutes out of the box. Very surprise how fast the wireless set up was, along with how fast the computer pulls up web pages. Monitor has plenty of viewable space, and the weight of the whole assembly is impressive - nice and light. I honestly cannot find anything bad to say about my HP at this point in time. I have been using it for two weeks and would have to say it's the best desk top I have owned.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to hook up. Installing new programs is a breeze and although I've only had it hooked up for a week I find it fast and so far much better than my old Compac. Would recommend it for someone who does regular stuff on finance, e-mail and general things.

I purchased this for my mom, dad, and 2 siblings, and they love it! It was very quick and easy to set-up. Must have taken me no more than 15 minutes (including setting it up with wireless internet). My mom and dad are not computer literate AT ALL, yet they are able to manage using it. Also, this all in one allows plenty of room around the desk for printer, etc. My sister uses the webcam a lot and I've used it once too. It's a pretty good quality. Great price, great product. Wouldn't have purchased any other product! Goes great with our new HP 4500 wireless all in one!

12 year old grandson set it up fast!

I need a paper manual, but my 12 year old grandson set it up for me quickly and easily. However, now I need that paper manual to navigate and figure things out. I am NOT a techie so having a manual on line is too difficult for me.
I'm having a problem finding some things, and a problem with long emails I've written suddenly falling off the screen and NOT being in the saved drafts file.
If I had a paper manual, perhaps I could figure that out. It's very frustrating.
Other than that and the navigation difficulties without a manual, I love this computer so far...I appreciated the help by phone when I was purchasing...very helpful, not pushy, explained things so even I could comprehend, etc. I think if I had a paper manual that came with it I'd be even happier, however. Also, this computer seems VERY similiar to the imac I looked at, but for less than half the price and with more things I need already installed. I also like the black border more, esthetically, and far prefer the keyboard.

I absolutely love this PC! Very sleek design. It is super fast, the screen is bright, and the colors are great. The sound is great, too. Much better than my laptop. I also love not having a tower! It was so simple and quick to set up, and it doesn't take up a lot of space. Even though the screen is plenty big, it is very slim. I like the HP Canvas feature, too. Gives my home screen some style. :)
I'm very happy with this purchase. It's definitely a bargain for all that I'm getting. I can't say enough good things about HP and about this computer. I ordered the customized model because I wanted the wireless keyboard and mouse. Definitely worth the extra money. It even arrived almost a month before it was even scheduled to ship, so I have been enjoying it for some time now when I didn't even expect to get it until next month.
If you're looking for a great desktop, look no further. This computer is the best. I haven't had any problems, and I don't have any complaints. It has everything that I wanted and more, and I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I had never had a hp printer before , but after getting this all in one, HP is my brand from now on. Very easy to use very fast and very beautiful for a desk top.

Screen resolution is amazing! I have been using a laptop for all purposes and I didn't know what I was missing. The lareger screen and definition are so much easier to read that I am going to hate using the laptop while traveling. The samll footprint relative to a tower is nice to have too.
