Great computer

This is a great computer. I am a pre-k teacher and do many basic things on the computer (newsletters, lesson plans, parent notes, etc.) This computer is great for all of that. I love the fact I do not have a big tower taking up space. This computer is sleek, fast, and perfect for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Desktop

I have been using a large laptop bought in 2003 as my desktop computer. When I finally decided I wanted upgrade, I went for an all-in-one. My initial desire was another Apple. However, I read a lot of reviews and this HP continually fared well and was obviously easier on the budget than an iMAC. i have not been disappointed. I would recommend the wireless keyboard and mouse as an add-on, although sometimes the keyboard doesn't sense keystrokes every now and then. Monitor is great, computer is fast, not filled with lots of bloatware. I have had it for about three weeks now and I am very satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have had nothing but problems trying to get it to work. Still haven't been able to transfer files from my laptop to the new desktop. Network issues; tune-up issues, printer issues (and it's an HP Photosmart!!!!)
Had less problems with Dell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i am very pleased with my purchase. i hadn't had a new computer in about 9 years, so i was more than a little behind on the new features and speed of a more modern unit. my old computer took about 15 minutes to come on and be ready to use, so this one is still blowing my mind with its speed and power. thanks hp for a great product.

I love this computer! It was SOOO easy to set up - very streamlined instructions, screen prompts, very user-friendly. It is sleek and cordless - just one plug into the wall. I opted for wireless mouse and keyboard, too. It is a beautiful piece of technology. Next to this one, my old HP looks really dated, even tho it still works well. This is a deceptively powerful computer, too - fast and responsive. I am so glad I decided to buy online - I think I saved myself about $100 that way. Customer service, prompt delivery, excellent and useful software onboard - A+

We are very pleased with all the physical aspects of the computer: the screen, ease of setting up and keyboard and mouse.
our only complaint is with Windows 7 that it comes with.
This made it very complicated to transfer our e-mail files which were on Outlook Express on our previous computer. we finally accomplished it after installing Microsoft Office with Outlook.
The computer itself is terrific !
Our last one was an HP . I think we'll stick with them. Very reliable.
