This is more than a microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for a variety of functions; microwaving, baking, warming....and it performs all these functions beautifully! I was a bit frustrated trying to operate it in the beginning( (then I studied the manual...imagine), and now I couldn't work in my kitchen without it!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This microwave has poor plastic grill had to replace it twice in the first six months. Exhaust fan is noisy. Light not very bright

The location of the buttons is counter-intuitive. The start button should be more prominent. There doesn't seem to be a logical order to where the buttons are situated.
Otherwise I am happy with the product.

Didn't think i would like the dial in the control panel, but i do

didn't want a model with the Dial in the control panel but after using it for a couple of weeks we really do like it. You can edit the cook time with the Dial while the microwave is running but i still like having the Add 30 sec button. Exhaust fan works great. Still learning all the options. So far Cooking Menu has met all our needs.
I think the product was over-priced but i wanted it to match my oven.

Stops Heating

I live in a condo complex and know of two instances where this identical unit stopped heating food. I am assuming it is serviceable. Seems like a high failure rate to me that 2 out of 15 units failed after a short period.
I would recommend this to a friend!
