love the machine, everything it is capable of and all the tech support I can have if needed from Brother! I called with a technical question - not only did they explain it to me over the phone but they provided me written directions to further assist me . I would recommend this machine every day of the week!

I love my PE540D, threading, set up and reading the display is easy and simple. Quality of the product out come is wonderful.

Great Embroidery

It's a great backup embroidery machine. It's hard to view the embroidery designs in the window. If you don't have a production sheet to follow you can't figure it out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great starter machine

I say starter just because I would love to be able to get something with a larger hoop because I'm fascinated by in the hoop projects. But that said my PE540D performs well. It stitches smoothly & comes with a good assortment of starter designs to get you started. The acompanying manual has good explanations and I was able to stitch out my first designs quickly without any lessons. The dealer did offer some lessons with the machine, which provided some good additional tips. Although I would like a machine with a larger hoop, the 4x4 is plenty big enough to stitch designs on things like tee shirts, towels, napkins, etc. With a little practice, you can learn to line up multiple designs to accommodate bigger spaces.

Love Love Love This Machine

I am new to embroidery but I am loving every bit of it. There is only one thing I wish for and that is more information on a memory card. I am wondering if I buy one will it work and what if it doesn't fit in my Disney machine? Thank you brother for an affordable machine. brother sewing machine are the best too!
