Fun and interesting

Just getting started. Used to sign quilt I am currently finishing. Bought tea towels to embroider for family gifts. Will be working on them over next several weeks.

most fun I've ever had sewing

I really giggled the first time I used my Brother PE540D. My only regret is that I didn't a bigger machine, but I thought I should start small and learn first and then go bigger. Gusset what I want for Christmas? Great fun for quilting too.

Perfect for What I Want to Do

I purchased this machine as an auxiliary embroidery machine, as I wanted to be able to embroider Disney designs. It is perfect for that purpose. I do wish it had USB connectivity so that I could use a flash drive to transfer designs.

Easy and affordable

I started embroidering a year ago as a result of a knee injury. I was looking on something to do with kids to spend time together and at the same time allowed me to recover from my surgery. It was a very slow learning curve on my side to get a final decent design stitched with my embroidery machine (too many things to take in consideration: material, neddle, thread, fusible and stibilizers, tension etc). I bought the PE540D for my 9 years old daughter to introduce her to embroidery. I found this machine to be the right choice for my daughter due that makes embroidering too easy that avoids all the frustrations and get good results. Now she is exited and wants to keep stitching nice Disney designs that came with her machine.

Easiest Embroidery Machine Ever!

I took this machine out of the box, hooked it up, read the directions and within half an hour of all, I had a beautiful embroidered piece. I've been sewing for most of my life, but I think someone who has never touched a sewing machine or embroidery machine, could use this easily. I'm impressed the machine was inexpensive, but does a professional job.
