great oven for entertaining

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hosted a lot of parties and this is an excellent oven to have. It has a burner to keep things warm as you use the other 4 burners for cooking. I utilize the timer a lot for main dishes that need long cooking times. I can cook a ham in the larger oven while I bake my sides/desserts in the smaller oven. The self cleaner is also a great feature, for future ovens I will always look for this feature.

Having a double oven is perfect. The smaller one for the every day use... and the double ovens will be so great when preparing a larger meal that needs varing oven temps... We are so pleased...

This range has many great features

We bought this for our condo in a warm weather climate. The two ovens are just great. The smaller oven handles everything except the large turkey-type items without heating up the whole house. You still have the large oven for large items and can use both ovens so everything for a large meal comes out at the same time. Also, we love the power boil feature for making pasta and tea.

Perfect for Empty Nesters

When there is just the two of us all we need is the small oven. it heats up very quicly and uses less energy than a big oven. I need the second convection oven for holidays and when we entertain. It was the perfect choice for us.

Love the double ovens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally wanted wall mounted double ovens then saw this in the store. I like the smaller oven on top and the larger convection oven on the bottom. I have only used the bottom oven once to test it, so this review is mainly about the upper oven and the range. I like the 2 temperature feature of the broiler and the smaller sized upper oven for everyday cooking for 2 people. I will only need the bigger oven for holidays but it is nice to have. If you have the rack on the bottom shelf position in the upper oven you have to be carefull pulling the shelf out when it is hot. Your hand touches the open door when pulling the rack out so you will need an oven mitt. Also the oven cooks a little uneven-need to turn around half way through the cook time. The range heating elements take a long time to cool down once they are turned off so be careful. Hard to clean some spills (like milk) on the burner area even with the cooktop cleaner and scrubber. ps. Black is a terrible color for any kitchen appliance. Dust and finger prints have to be wiped daily! I am not a cleaning nut either! Choose stainless or white.

Good features, small issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the double oven feature of this, I use mostly the top oven. I have had issues with baking in the top oven for desserts however. Often brownies will come out cooked looking and gooey on the inside, doesn't bother me, but not really a selling point for the oven. Would be nice if for top oven, door was attached to rack and pulled it slightly out when opened, because as other reviewer said I have burned myself a few times because of how close rack is to door when trying to remove shelf. I have to use a full oven mitt vs just a hot pad to get things out safely. Other issue is the cleaning of top as mentioned before, even with cleaner range is not clean looking...ever. Also top has small dings in it, and I can't figure out how they got there. I even bought the special flat pans for it and within a week two little cracks/dings showed up. I'm sure it's warranty covered, but I haven't got the time to chase that down. Thus the quality rating.
