So much wrong with this purchase site and the purchase process! Cumbersome doesn’t even begin to describe it! Can only order one charger at a time? You lost out on what would have been a purchase of two chargers, as I didn’t want to have to go through that process again! Then I discover that the wall cable that goes from the wall to the charger is not only sold separately, but the two pieces arrive at vastly different times! I received the wall cable, but have no clue when the charger will arrive! Absolutely terrible experience! If I could get this piece(s) elsewhere, I would!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me weeks to locate the charger for my daughters school laptop. We had an incident with a kitten who likes to chew cords while we slept. After I found the serial # I kept running into Chinese knockoffs. Luckily I was able to purchase the correct cord from the manufacturer themselves.
