Great SSD

I bought this product about a year ago, been using it since then. Great product, fast, reliable at a great price. Had formatted three times and still working perfectly with diverse operating systems.
Thinking on getting a bigger one than 256GB Pro.

Huge boost in early 2011 MacBook performance

Extremely satisfied - radically improved my laptop experience. Bought and installed this to replace a 2011 MacBook Pro 750GB mechanical hard drive (had upgraded RAM earlier), both to upgrade and old drive was getting twitchy. Prior to Samsung install; Adobe Photoshop took a minute+ to fully load, Adobe bridge took up to a minute to display folder contents. Now Photo shop opens in 11 seconds, Bridge opens folders almost instantly. Switching between photos is super fast. iTunes is snappier. Everything is faster and I've got more storage space too. Battery life is improved too. Very happy, would recommend to anyone. On design, I rated it as good simply because I don't know how to rate design for a hard drive in a way not covered under performance, it's a stock form factor and interface. Otherwise, excellent all around.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, extremely fast, improved battery life

The installation software and Magician software are currently not compatible with windows 10.There are work arounds for cloning and just wait for the magician software to be updated. Thats why "Features" & "Value" got 4 stars.
Pros: Durable, reliable
Cons: accompanying software unusable

Love this little drive... upgraded from a mechanical drive and the speed difference is insane.
Pros: superfast
Cons: 7mm to 9mm converter not included

Great SSD !!!!

I already own another Samsung 840 MZ-7TD250 250GB 2.5 SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD). It ran out of space, so I purchased this larger SSD. The new SSD is even faster than my older Samsung SSD. I am impressed with the performance.
Pros: fast, spaceous, high quality, easy to install, easy to clone

Second Samsung SSD

Very pleased with the performance of Samsung SSD's. This is my second SSD on my system. Ever since using an SSD over a Hard Drive performance increased dramatically. Samsung's product gets many great reviews among enthusiast. Highly recommend there SSD's if looking into upgrading from a standard HDD.

+ Cloned my data by Samsung migration soft -very easy and zero issues.
+ Overall performance increased by 10-15%.
+ 10 years warranty.
