Put it in my 4 year old college laptop and its like new again, Pentium B90 processor, 8GB ram, 256 Samsung Pro - Boots in seconds, best W10 experience

Blazing fast!

This SSD was my first one, and the speed has been dazzling. Windows 10 boots in only a couple seconds, and programs open in what feels like instantaneously. If you value your time and don't like waiting for that program to open, this is the one for you. The 850 Pro is one of the best a consumer can get though I suspect that will change very soon. Still I'm very happy with it, has a 10 year warranty on it. It is pricey, but you certainly get what you pay for. I wouldn't tell you to buy it if it's going to cost more than either your CPU or GPU though.

I got the Samsung SSD 850 PRO 512GB. It's total quality at an affordable price. The "Migration" software was a breeze, just click and it cloned my old hard drive seamlessly. After cloning was done, just flip over the laptop pop open the cover for the HDD, remove some screw's and slip in your awesome Samsung SSD, pop the screw's in, replace the cover and your ready to compute at an incredible rate. Prepare to be shocked at the speed of this drive! You'll feel like a real Pro with the Samsung PRO SSD.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, very low power consumption, quiet, very fast

Couldn't register 850 PRO with serial number S2KMNXAH300139J

It shows Serial number as invalid.
It shows Serial number as invalid.
I was able to register only 1 out of 2 drivers.

Fast Samsung 256GB SSD 850 PRO and Easy to Install

I cloned this Samsung 256GB SSD 850 PRO drive from my Samsung 250GB SSD 850 EVO drive using my backup software. The system started with no problems. If this 256GB SSD 850 PRO is as fast and reliable as the 250GB SSD 850 EVO it is replacing, I will be extremely satisfied. Also, the PRO has a 10 year limited warranty. The 250GB SSD 850 EVO will replace the hard drive in my wife's laptop.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: did not include the drive mounting rack
