Heats up quickly, and looks great in my kitchen. I am drinking more tea now that I have this. Water stays hot very long after turning off.

Having a built in screen to ensure that I never get anything in my water that I don't want is one of the best features and cleaning the screen is easy and readily accessible. I was so happy with my new kettle that I gave my old one away.
