Awesome carry-on!

Had the R2-D2 21" Spinner for a couple years. I love it. Easy to locate if I check it in or great to have on-board. I always get curious looks, people pointing and occasionally a comment. I've taken on short hops within the US or a 2 week trips to Europe. I'll be getting the matching R2-D2 backpack as well. I know it's geared towards kids, but who cares! I love it!

Only thing turning is heads now

Loved my Darth suitcase for the past year until the wheel seized up. The one wheel center shaft got so hot that it melted the plastic. Now the wheel rubs against the holder. :( I can still pull it on the two wheels but its spinner days are over.

Bought the 28" C3P0 last year for our vacation trip. People at the airport and concierges loved, laughed, and pointed at my suitcase. Was very easy to identify when coming off of the turnstile. Which is what I was hoping for.

Amazing carry ons - awful customer service

We purchased two of these carry on spinners - The BB8 and the R2-D2. Both are adorable, high quality, and surprisingly carry quite a lot. We carried them on a flight back from Orlando and they traveled well and my daughters loved pushing them around. The features are nice in them and the surface seems really sturdy to preserve the graphics so far. However, we had the worst customer service experience ever with American Tourister. We purchased these at a Star Wars convention directly from an American Tourister booth and was told we were given the great convention price of 10% off if we purchased two. When we got back to our hotel and I went online to look at registering them for the warranty, I see that if I had purchased them from the American Tourister website, they were 25% off for 1 and 30% off for 2. I immediately called American Tourister and was told sure, we will credit you the difference, call back on Monday to customer relations. I called that Monday and was told sorry, we can't help you since you didn't buy them off the website. I asked for a manager and was told again, sorry, can't help you. Try sending a letter (yes a letter, no phone number) to headquarters. Then I called the parent company, Samsonite, and was told again, too bad even though I bought them from American Tourister!! I was amazed. Samsonite at least told me to email questions@americantourister.com which I did, no response yet. So, again, love these little bags but really, really disappointed in the customer service. This company does not stand by its prices. I would understand if I had purchased them from a third party vendor, but it was direct from American Tourister. That booth should have just been selling them at the same price as the website to begin with. So disappointing and I am out $60. I would rate the bags 5 stars but took away 2 as American Tourister has not resolved my price questions.

I bought this for my adult son, who travels a lot for business. (He loves Star Wars). He commented that it is light, the four wheels are great, and it is just the right dimensions for carry-on. His wife has already used it for a personal trip and his son wants one too!

We purchased the R2D2 20 inch and Wookie 28 inch bags. The 20 inch R2D2 bag is a Great Carry on bag for business or vacation trips. The 28 inch Wookie bag is great to checkin and survived our airport that always damages our bags. Easily Identified and sturdy.We like them so we are ordering a 20 inch Boba Fett Bag. On Our last trip we watched as our bags sat out in the rain while our plane was "repaired", after many hours when we finally arrived our clothing was surprisingly still dry. We like the newest bag design, with the more coarse finish the graphics are better protected in comparison from the original shiny finish.
