Loaded with practical features

I gave up on my Lexmark X734de laser MFP because it needed too much technical than I could provide in my home office. It also jammed frequently, and the supplies were expensive. At just 1/5 the price, the Epson WF-6530 offers more features and is very user friendly to set up and operate. I especially like the option to receive faxes as data files without printing - no more unwanted promotional fax spam! The print quality, especially fine print smaller than 8 pt, is not as sharp as I got with the laser printer, and the tiny print in random spots gets skewed so that it appears italicized. Perhaps future software updates will fix this. The printing and scanning work seamlessly on my wifi network - no need for cables. In fact, the only difficulty I had with initial setup was when I tried to connect it to my desktop computer (iMac/OSX El Capitan) with a USB cable -- it would not recognize that the USB was connected. So I simply set it up for wireless printing and scanning, which works fine.

Great Printer

The feature list for this "All In One" printer is extensive. Software, documentation, support and end results have proven to measure up to the Epson standard of excellence. This machine does all that it promises, and then some.
If I had to be super critical, it would be for the size and heavy weight of the unit. You will be glad that it is a stationary tool! In a commercial setting it would be a perfect fit, as it does have the capacity for any small office of 1 to 20 users. It is fast enough that there would rarely be a wait, if ever.
Setup is straight forward, provided you can follow well written directions and have a working knowledge of computers. Even so, a novice could do it, especially with all the different types of support provided.
This unit is a tad toward overkill for the home, and it is not large enough to be the main printer for a large company, but for that middle group it is perfect.
One other note - The software is weak on printing envelopes. It only supports #10 and then only in small numbers from the rear tray. Having that rear load option creates a straight enough path to support relatively heavy card stock, and that is very handy. Plus there is a front load option under the outfeed tray for special use media and paper.
This unit has to be studied to find all it's little charms, and there are many if them. If you can afford the price, and have the space, this unit will offer plenty of nice surprises for some time to come.
Go for it! This is a keeper that will likely be around a lot longer than the cheap toss away units. Your grandchildren may be using this thing into middle age!

Perfect Small Business All In ONE

This is the best value for a small business all in one printer, it was also the only printer available with a rear paper feeder. You will need a large area to put this so make sure you look at the size as this is no small printer set up. Excellent product, plus Epson shipped to my right to my door.

This All-In-One Printer is like every other piece of equipment I have ever bought from Epson, and there have been many. It has a rock solid build, great documentation, incredible feature set, easy to use with just a bit of a learning curve and based on past experiences . . . I EXPECT it to be extremely reliable.
The documentation, design and build normally negate any need for customer support, but I did call about a printer a looong time ago once, and they were great to deal with.
This company really does a great job of marketing their products. You can expect a trouble free experience on most anything they bring to market. I love Epson products, can you tell?

Love the Printerr

I love the WF-6530, but am having a little difficulty getting ink cartridges, particularly the 748 XL Black. Even when ordering directly from Epson, the black is out of stock!

Color and two side printing

I am apprehendsive to give it a high mark. The printer continues to show nozzles may be clogged after I printed about 500 pages. This printer is acting more like a pre used printer than a new printer. Right now I am getting unclear printed words in the middle of the page. What should I do?
