Inconsistent WiFi connection!

Love the whole concept of bridged wireless switches via this hub BUT this hub continually loses connection to my WiFi Network. Lutron sent me a replacement but it also reacts the same way. Almost daily I need to power cycle the Lutron Bridge to get it reconnected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall a nice hub

We have over 20 Lutron products at home. The hub works smoothly with most of them. The connection and setup is good. My only complaint is it is impossible to use connected bulb picos to control other brand bulbs. I wish the feature can be enhanced in the future.

Not working with any of the Lutron switches

Our electrician couldn’t make it work and our IT person hasn’t found a solution. The device will not communicate with multiple Lutron switches in our house, so the remote capabilities do not exist which was the whole point of changing to Lutron.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works Well

Product works well in terms of control to supported devices. Speed and consistency are great as far as control and status of device operation. App is easy to use and setup configure. However, I would strongly suggest that Lutron make an indoor switched receptacle. I have not located any indoor switched receptacles, only the plugin dimmer module or switches for in wall applications.

I had the smart for about a month, it works great despite being in a cabinet. I'm able to tell Google open the blind to 20%, 50% etc as well

The bridge works great and takes all kinds of load off my wifi. It would be nice if someday, Caseta could handle color adjustments in smart bulbs.

Device limit insufficient for large home

I recently built a home with 4350 SF of living space and installed Caseta dimmers and switches with a smart bridge. The limit of 75 devices on the smart bridge does not allow me to add all of the dimmers and switches to it. Not only does a dimmer or switch count as a device, but any pico remotes that are linked to a dimmer or switch counts as a device also. In fact, a smart bridge repeater also counts as a device. 75 devices is just not enough. It needs to accommodate at least 100 devices and 150 would be better to serve larger homes.
The devices that I can add to the bridge are very reliably controlled. Increasing the device limit would make this system an excellent one.
