Fantastic electric range

After a year with this range, I can say it’s the best I’ve ever used. The oven cooks evenly, the drawer is perfect for rehearing, baking potatoes and similar and offers a ton of flexibility in a small footprint. The stovetop heats quickly and the flexible size burners make it easy to cook efficiently, whether you have a giant step or or a stovetop coffee maker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

had this oven for about five years, wish we never bought it.!!
Does not cook evenly, had replace three burnner switches shorted out at one point.
and the touch panel is to sensitive. brush it and it will go on.

I bought this almost 2 months ago and I love it! The oven heats up quickly, the controls are easy to use and the stove top burners are amazing!! It looks great and we would definitely recommend this model.

This is our second GE Cafe Range. We moved from where we had our first Cafe Range and we purchased one for our new home. We love the look of the Cafe Range, the controls in the front, the metal knobs, the number of burner options, the speed in elements warming up, the two ovens, and everything else about it! It is a great stove and we are very happy for the second time around. We never had any issues with our first Cafe, and none so far with our new one. Highly recommend!

Looks great, performs poorly

I am a very unhappy 70 year old lifetime baker. Bought this stove over 5 years ago after reading great baking reviews. Oven has never maintained steady cooking temperature. Have ruined more cakes & pies than you can imagine; top is burned long before cooking time has completed & bottom not done. Digital panal was replaced early on due to oven cutting off, glass cooktop cracked after first time using oven cleaner, and recently oven probe has been replaced. I keep thinking & hoping it will perform as advertised, but alas that just hasn't happened. Several days ago attempted to cook yeast rolls; tops were brown after 3 mins & of course insides raw. The stove is too expensive to just chunk, but needs to go to garbage dump. So sad, a beautiful looking range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Used this range for 2 months now. It is sharp looking has intuitive control panel and works like a charm. The gas cooktop and electric oven is the perfect combination. I use the warming draw daily to heat plates, warm up leftovers and keep servings warm. You do need to be careful cleaning the stainless steel. Be nice if they included a sample cleaner and microfiber cloth.

Awesome looking appliance. Oven works fantastic. Burners worked great for about 2 weeks then the rear ones would not light. When you turn on the burning it goes to ignite the middle burner. Will have to contact GE and our home builder to fix it. Should not happen on a 2-3 week old appliance.
