We bought all new appliances after 19 years and my biggest concern was my stove. I do a lot of cooking and was fairly picky about the stove. I have to say after a month I'm comfortable with the features and love the convection feature. The second oven is a wonderful bonus too. My only complaint is the display. A back light would make it easier to read. There is no slant on the display so I need to bend over a bit to read it. A small price to pay for a great range!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This slide in range is highly recommended! It is a bit pricey but well worth it because of the great design, control interface ergonomics and simplicity, cooking features, and a high quality cook top. It represents an appreciated product niche on the market, although it was not a display item at the large appliance chain store from which it was purchased. The slide in type range looks almost built in, and offers full view of rear wall tiling or other treatment, such as bead board. The range replaced a top of the line range from another large appliance company, and outperforms it in every way. The baking and broiling are both even and temperature accurate. Again, the cook top needs to be mentioned as a much easier to clean surface which does not show normal cooking surface spots nearly as much as other shiny range top surfaces. It appears more resistant to having more stubborn and harder to remove spots that can appear under a pan after cooking. The range top temperature control is excellent on this range. It appears that the stainless steel quality is higher than my previous range, which is a bonus.

Our new GE range was just installed. it looks very nice in our kitchen. My concern about the burners heating slowly was immediately gone.

I like the stainless steel look and the fact that the control knobs are on the front. It will be easier to clean not having the knobs on the same surface as the burners.
