Oven Not Maintaining Set Temperature

Range was installed 6 weeks ago. It looks great, it upgraded the appearance of the kitchen. I'm encountering a problem with the oven, it does not maintain the temperature I've set. It takes 15 minutes to reach temperature but once food is placed in the oven the temperature drops and it never reaches the set temperature again. It's been as much as 75 degrees below the set temp. Very disappointing! I realize I can recalibrate the oven temp but it initially reaches the correct temperature. Will be calling for service and update my review based on the results of the service.
I love the look and ease to clean. The only options that I would like to have is the extending oven racks and a light to show the stove top is active. So much room to cook and the additional feature of two different temperatures for the oven and oven drawer...this feature sold me on this model over any other one on the market. The dual fuel was also a major sales point.
Difficult to get correct cooking temperatures with upper front burners. To get medium high i have to turn the dial to low. Broiler is not great. Accessories are cheap.
The two front burners cook too high, difficult to control temperature. Accessory pieces were received defective. With rack in Broiler R position, the broiler pan slides out as the rack drops down when pulling it out to get pan. Top burner grills are coarsely finished and can easily scratch.
I am very impressed with how quickly it heats up. I love the oven features. Cooking with gas cook top is a lot faster than electric, some complain about tri burner but I have no complaints at all. I took out a gas oven and replaced it with this duel fuel unit and I would rather have an electric oven over gas. The electric oven cooks faster than gas, but my old gas oven had me a little worried when it got up to temperature it would shut off the gas and when it needed to cut on you could here it ignite the gas and in a closed off area with to much gas can cause an explosion if there would ever been a problem. I feel much safer with electric oven vs. gas oven. The only complaint I have is, the gas conversion kit should be clearly marked. It blends in so well on back of the stove I over looked it's location.
We have the dual fuel model. We love having a gas stove top and an electric oven. The 5 burners offer a lot of options for cooking while the oven cooks evenly. The stove top is easy to clean when the cast iron grids are removed but the tops of the heating rings get dirty and stain easily and are tough to clean. The range is beautiful as well. We added this range when we remodeled our cabin in the woods. It fits our rustic gourmet kitchen perfectly. This is a BIG upgrade to our previous electric range and we love love love it!
R rack design is poor. When you pull out the rack to get the broiling pan the rack drops down and the pan slides out as well. It almost landed on me. I could have been burnt. The two large burners are too hot for everyday cooking. I have to cook on low instead of medium or high now. The top stainless cover scratched easily especially with the coarse grill covers they have. me.
