Great looking and easy to use range. Installation was simple, even with converting from natural gas to LP. Highly recommend for range replacement.

Great Range

Chose this gas range about 4 months ago to replace a GE smooth cooktop that was about 20 years old and still working great. We found a great buy, so went ahead and purchased before the other one died. We chose GE because it ranks high with consumer testing groups, and our other GE appliances have been reliable and enjoyed long life

What's not to like?

The one reservation we have with this product is that there is about a three second delay when programing the convection oven. You have to wait! don't be impatient!

I love this range...

Buying this has been the best upgrade to our home that we've made so far. Pots heat up quickly and the convection option for the oven has been a baker's dream come true. In our previous oven (which was very uneven) I was forever rotating pans and could really only bake one sheet of cookies, etc. at a time. This is so easy to use and we have had excellent results. If there's any negatives at all it's just that the grates come RIGHT to the edge of the stovetop and get extremely hot (they're cast iron) during cooking, so I'm forever shooing our toddler away from the stove... and one burner is a little "testy" to light and we have to watch it carefully to ensure it lights completely around... but still not problematic enough to take away a star on the ratings!

Convection Oven is Great

Went from all electric to gas cooking and electric baking. This range works great and the oven supplies very even heat. The gas cooking is also much faster and easier to control than electric. The griddle accessory foe the center burner comes in very handy.

I love the locking feature for the gas controls. Front double burner makes boiling water quick. Nice controls and great functionality
