Have only had range for a short while but it is working fine and living up to my expectations for it. Oven heats up quickly and does fine job of baking. Griddle feature is nice for pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc.
I bought this oven when i renovated my kitchen countertops. My old oven was a GE drop-in that came with the house when we bought it 22 years ago. I am thrilled with my new oven; it cooks quickly and evenly. This oven roasts vegetables about 1 hour 15 minutes faster than my old one and they come out with a nice crispy exterior - so tasty!! Dinners are so much quicker now that I am enjoying cooking again!! I love the cast iron griddle and have used it to cook steaks and salmon with excellent results. I haven't used the lower oven drawer yet because i keep forgetting it is there!!
We installed this same range in our first home a few years ago. After a recent move, we did a quick survey of the updated market, and decided to buy this same range again. The burners are powerful and easy to clean. The electric "convection" oven is rock solid. We love roasting vegetables and baking sourdough. One caveat is that the stainless surface is easy to scratch and you must remain vigilant if you want to keep it nice.
One issue did occur with this new range: there was a significant amount of small glass shards and glass "dust" in the oven when first delivered. I sliced my finger open removing the light blue packaging tape inside before I realized how much glass was in there (the inside oven coating is dark gray/black). Taking a flashlight, all these shards really lit up under the light and I carefully mopped them up. Hopefully there is no long term loss of integrity of the oven coating. No signs so far after a month of use.

I bought this range in December 2016. It's now February 2017, I have had 5 service appointments and the problem with the convection oven is still fixed. The service man claims it's a design issue and that no GE Café Ranges work in the Convection Roast mode.
This is a thing of beauty. The burners are awesome (especially the large middle one and the simmer in the front) and the oven preheats much more quickly than the past two (Whirlpool and Fridgidaire) that I've had in the past. The buttons in front are a little touchy but the gas lockout is a great feature to keep my grandkids safe. It is a tiny bit wider than the my past two but it fit so I still recommend you look at the opening between your cabinets very carefully. I haven't had to clean it yet (curious to see how the stovetop under grates cleans up) but I'm sure it will be fine
