This printer is very fast, rather quiet and produces terrific output. The colors are true, it links flawlessly with wifi and lets me go much longer without ink refills. I'm very pleased.

Excellent Reliability & Features

We have had this printer for about a year and use it every day for printing, copying, faxing and scanning. While not sold as a photo-quality printer, it does this well given the CYMK cartridges. Biggest feature for me was non-expiring and large capacity cartridges.
I highly recommend this product for speed, reliability and low cost per page performance.
With 30+ years in the IT community, this recommendation does not come lightly.

Excellent for every task at hand

I run a vacation rental business from my home. I have a wide variety of printing, faxing, scanning, and copying needs. This device handles them all with ease. It is quick, easy to use, and kind on the budget when it comes to ink usage (I recommend purchase genuine Epson XL cartridges to avoid problems with performance or warranty and get the most bang for your buck with the extended ink capacity per cartridge).
I used it extensively for just over a year when the yellow ink mechanism proved faulty. I saw online that other users experienced this. I contacted Epson and they immediately authorized an exchange of the printer. they delivered it in a timely fashion, complete with a pre-paid FedEx shipping label for return of the faulty unit.
I cannot say enough good things about this device and this company. I manage real estate properties full time and I deal with many vendors for appliances and systems who should take a lesson from Epson when it comes to product quality, performance and customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Product

Didn't really plan to get the Two Tray model, but the price was right!
Love having the option of having two types of paper available all the time.
Nice printer, good color, speed, good copies - haven't used the FAX since I do not have a land line.
Glad I bought it.

This was to replace a laser printer I had forever. It prints almost as fast and the quality is excellent an the ink costs are a fraction of the price. I love the two sided printing most because it wastes less paper and I no longer have to feed it all through the printer a second time just the right way every time. I love not having to remember nor have a hand written sign on the machine to remind me how to do it. I love the wireless features and often print from both my iphone and ipad. Great printer!

Great Office Printer

This really is better than laser for us. It is large. It has two trays. One of which can hold a whole ream of paper! It also has a rear feed slot which you can feed individual sheets of paper, envelopes or label sheets, all without having to open a tray. (or forgetting that you put something in that tray, or someone else printing on your special paper stock before you can get back to your computer).
It is fast. Color and text are both very fast. It barely makes any noise compared to most ink jets. It really is quieter than a laser. Wake up time is very fast. The print quality is very good. So far we are very impressed.

Performs as advertised. It gets used to print a newsletter for a historical society. Four to Five pages double sided; a mix of color pictures and text. 300 copies per run. Good quality output. I would buy it again.
