EXCEEDS Expectations

While most Product Descriptions include much "fluff", the WF-4640 EXCEEDS Expectations by responding readily to configuration for typical work flow as well as for special projects that require various print stock or graphics media. AWESOME Bang for $$$ for features and cost to operate.

only problem with printer is trying to get it to print from my tablet and smart phone won't printer but i can scan to these items

Great All-In-One Product

Bought this printer to upgrade our printing/scanning capabilities. This unit offers a number of very useful features, including our favorite, Apple Airprint. Very easy to set up. Up and running in no time! Ink cartridges are very convenient and easy to install. We prefer these to the refillable ink tanks. Only criticism is that Epson's claim of "laser quality" printing is a bit optimistic. While ink jet technology has come a long way, the reality is that it just isn't "quite" as good yet....in our opinion. We base that on the fact that we also have a competitor's laser printer, that, while being 4 years old, still produces amazing print results.
Very good product, though, Epson. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a one size fits all printer! No runs, no drips, no errors!

Great Wireless Printer

Purchased the printer in July 2014 as a replacement for a worn out Epson RX 580 series printer. Using the manual for initial setup, the printer performed the copy, print and scan functions as expected. Have, to date, not been able to send or receive faxes. It is believed this issue is related to switching from a wired telephone to cell.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to unpack!!!

I am continually amazed at how difficult it is to take computers out of their boxed. Epson solved the problem. It was easy to take the printer out of its shipping box. It did take me some time but I did not make any mistakes while setting it up. I am looking forward to using it.

This is my second Epson printer, it replaced a WF-3450.
I purchased it for its larger ink cartridges, and powerhouse printing capabilities.
The only down side is setting up to print from an Ipad Airprint device. Support helped me through it, but it wasn't as easy as I thought it should have been.

Almost perfect

I can hardly imagine a better printer in all respects - except - except for the fact that it's not cloud ready. I neglected to make sure of this before buying. Getting my 2 chromebooks to print was a chore and the fact (chrome's problem) that I have to manually click on the printer choice when printing from the chromebook a pain. But, the printer does everything one could possibly want a printer to do and fairly fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!
