[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A year and 1/2 and it completely quit. Everything...gone. Add on extra fees to upgrade, activate, cost of another phone. I thought LG was better quality. Bitter

Great camara but battery and network sucks!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a year ago when i moved to usa. Initially, i thought i have network issues in my town. Called several times t mobile about it however all the time they said network is fine. Then bought google phone to my wife and google phone worked absoloutely fine without any trouble. My wife never has any issue with connectivity. But i always have to restart my phone to get network. Seriously thinking to throw this phone in trash. I will never buy lg again. Instead i will prefer to shred dollars than to buy lg phone. It sucks!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this phone for 2 years now and honestly it's the best phone I have ever had. Although, my first G4 that I got, I had to send in and got a refurbished one because it went into Boot-loop. I don't drop my phone very often, but when I do, it falls hard and the screen isn't cracked! The corners are a bit beat up. The one thing that I don't like about this phone is the storage. It doesn't have much at all. Overall it's a fantastic phone! Don't think I will be upgrading anytime soon and sticking with this one!
I would recommend this to a friend!

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had it less than a year. In October, it completely died. I was told the issue is common with the LG G4 and is called a 'bootloop'. It took almost a month for it to be repaired. I have had it back about 2 weeks, and now it has issues once more. The phone won't recognise the usim card (I can't place calls or text at all), and it looks like I will need to replace it once again. My phone is mandatory for my job. Unfortunately I am stuck in a contract, but trust me when I say I am done with LG and they will not get another dime from me when my contact is up!!

Greatest Phone to Ever Use But....

To start off this review I have to say I am the one at fault here. I purchased my LG G4 back in December 2017 or January 2018. Everything was going perfect, its camera is absolutely indescribably beautiful. The storage capacity is wow...just amazing. The battery life is impressive too.
But....my G4 has an overheating issue. This of course is a result of not buying the model from a reputable store but if there's any way to fix this, i will be more than obliged.
I was wondering may be I can ship the phone to an LG manufacturer and pay the price to get it fixed. I really want to continue using this phone but it can't stand doing anything. Upon startup, it just powers off with the error message of "High temperature detected. Powering off for your own safety"
Help please.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this phone for a little under a year and about 6months into having it, it stopped charging properly, would die easy, and then one day it just shut off and never turned back on. Had no damage to it at all, always had a case on it, but it just stopped working randomly

Would not recommend this phone

PROS:
Great camera
Double-tap screen feature- locks/unlocks the phone screen
Volume/Lock Buttons- Convenient Placement, unique feature

Will die and say there is 0% battery left, when it reaches a low percentage
Camera application stopped working- Any time I use the camera or an app that uses the camera (ie Snapchat, Instagram), the screen turns black and the phone restarts
I've had it caught in a boot loop, so Verizon sent me a new LGG4
The new LGG4 notifies me when I have missed calls, but the phone never rings/the calls don't go through
The camera still does not work
It powers itself off and will get itself stuck in a temporary bootloop
Currently, this second LGG4 is dead and I cannot even factory reset it, start it in recovery mode, fastboot mode, nothing. I connected it to my laptop to transfer files and back them up, but my laptop won't even recognize the phone.
Please do not get this phone, it will give up on you much too soon.
