Still waiting for my purchase

Freezer arrived with scratches and dents from factory, metal shelves had lots of spots with no paint, wich means it will eventually rust. Had it for a month and works fine. Door is very hard to open because of the magnet gasket around the door. I'm a strong man and I find it hard to open since there is no handle. It is made by whirlpool and says made proudly in America... North America? South America? Central America?
America is a continent not a country... That said, wherever it's made, it does not make it better because of the country where it was made, there is no quality control for dents, scratches or lack of paint on parts. The delivery guys unwrapped the freezer in front of me and they were very careful. The damage was from the factory in America somewhere... Disappointed to receive a damaged freezer when you pay full price. At least Best buy refunded a percentage of the price but you have to negotiate with them since they offer you peanuts at first. Hope it keeps on freezing...
