We're loving this appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new freezer is the perfect size. It is large but unobtrusive, taking a small footprint of space in our basement. Features like frost free and self closing door are premium to me. It can hold a lot of frozen products and storage in the door increases its capacity. Having a high energy-saving rating only enamored us more with this appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a freezer and it had to be made in the north america. This is the only one, everyhing else is made in china. Perfect size for my needs, looks great runs well, lots of shelf space and on the door as well

Energy Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 months ago and have not noticed a difference in my light bill. It is quiet and very spacious. Nothing gets freezer-burnt. serves its purpose. It doesn't make a sound either. I forget it's even there.

Works well, but came with rust

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whirlpool delivered this freezer. Upon moving it into place and getting it ready to plug it in, we noticed that on the back of the freezer, there was a section of paint missing and the paint around that was bubbled and had rust already on the back. Not too impressed with that. It also became alarmingly HOT when we first plugged it in. (The plug was jammed up under the bottom of the freezer and had one prong of the plug bent….) but it’s doing what we bought it for. It’s keeping things frozen so I guess it’s what we expected. Just surprised at the lack of quality on the paint.
I would recommend this to a friend!
