Smaller than we expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this freezer sight unseen as our larger, older deepfreeze bit the dust. It looks very nice and seems to be working great but honestly I'm disappointed in the storage room and the door shelves are open at the bottom so smaller things will slide through. It only came with 3 shelves even though there's room for several more. The main shelves aren't very deep and the bottom one is open as well which allows smaller items to slide through. Thankful to have it but just not exactly what I expected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Great purchase for us. Our old one was not working all of the time. This Amana Freezer is Great no worries at all and it is just the right size. Just so you know there is no lower basket that comes with this freezer.

Good freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it a month works great. Runs quite. Controls are easy to use. Would rate at 5 stars if the bottom storage area wasn't sloped in the back taking up space. Makes it difficult to stack items there. Overall it's a good freezer.

Good upright

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this up right freezer to replace my 27 yr old chest freezer which had given up. This size worked nicely so my short wife can see whats in the freezer instead of falling into the old chest freezers abyss and to limit what was purchased and forgotten about. I like the variable cooling selections. The only down side is that there is no lower basket to hold things in just a so called plastic bar . Looking forward to it lasting as long as my old chest one did.
I would recommend this to a friend!
