Did not save my tax return?

I paid for a premium product, only to find that my tax return wasn't saved from last year. What an inconvenience.

Needed best form for partners rental property. Mine is an easy form. Self-correcting is good and sure helps. Now if the Stupid IRS and government were as organized it would nice.

Great Program

This is the 2nd year I’ve used this software and it automatically imported most of the needed information from last year’s return. It only took about two hours from start to e-filing. Very easy to understand and follow the instructions.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hot Dang! You don't have to be a "Mississippi Lawyer" to do your taxes. I suggest gather all your documents, sit down early and enter. Go back later and review, to see if there are any changes or additions, then follow the prompts to your "feel good" signing and then send.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Difficult; not ADA-compliant / accessible

Needs better zoom in capability throughout the "interview" process, and ESPECIALLY when viewing forms. When you zoom in on forms the buttons disappear off the right edge of the proscribed area, which is dumb; you have a lot of real-estate on rectangular computer screens, USE IT, and expand the window, allowing users to zoom in w/o losing the clickable buttons off the edge of the rectangular area.
Worse, when viewing the forms, the form does not appear to support any zoom function whatsoever, which means it does not even comply with basic ADA requirements for large type. This is very frustrating, and just not that difficult to fix. Please have somebody take a good look at this program from an accessibility and useability perspective; it is not even close to what it should be, or the competition's interface. "Hard to use, and not ADA Compliant" is a very big "con", and I hope you can fix it for next year.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

great, but a few things could be better

I have used this for years, and it is very convenient to be able to import so much from the prior year. It could be improved for retirees. For example, it would be very handy if it would somewhere print the MAGI Modified Adjusted Gross Income used for IRMAA. The Planning section would be much more useful for retirees if it could reference next years tax brackets, when available, to be able to help compute estimated quarterly taxes. A little flaw in the program is that the state estimated tax payments are entered when entering the federal information, but I can't find any way to edit the state numbers, only the federal.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

If it gets rejected, you fix the problems, refile. You have to pay again to file the state
