Too bad. So sad.

I've bought this flat iron and was in love. Raved about it. About 3months in, it stopped working. I was really upset but decided to buy another one exactly the same. About a month in, this one stopped working. I tried getting a hold of support but no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this I just which they made it in like 3inch size lol. I have really long, super thick, dry & wavy hair and if it was bigger it would be even better
