Not happy with mine

I bought this product probably six months ago and am not happy with it. It doesn't seem to heat well and when I use it to curl, the curls go limp. I've always like Remington hair care products in the past and is why I bought the iron. Seriously disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had this curling wand for three years now and I absolutely love it! Everyone always asks how my hair looks so beautiful when it’s curled. I highly recommend!!
