Cheaply made doesn't work

So I just got this as a Christmas present. Took it out of the box and threw the box away with the Christmas wrapping paper. Charged it for the full 24 hours as the Manuel stated for the first time. The battery indicator light turn off as it's suppose to be fully charged. The razor will not turn on now. I thought maybe It had a bad charge connection so I put back on and repeated. Still it will not turn in. I am not happy about this!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't work.

So I got a wet tech rotary shaver (PR1285) as a present for my dad. As soon as he opened it he charged it for the full 24 hours as the manual stated for the first time. The battery indicator light turned on for about 5 minutes and then went off. Still, he left it there to complete the time stated. Tho the razer never turned on. We tried connecting it in different plugs but it is not working at all.

The cost is very good and it would not be difficult monetarily to replace it. It's not the most expensive razor but it is very good and he says easy to use, does the job well.

Disappointed

I have always used a norelco razor so I thought this would be good to try, but when I opened the box I initially thought the razor felt cheap. It was lighter in feel and had more of a plastic feel. The charging cord was hard to plug in also.
When I first used this razor I was immediately covered with the shave quality, it never felt like it was gliding on my skin rather than pulling my skin.
I don't think this razor compares to my older norelco in shave quality either.

Great wet/dry shaver
