The Sports Mode is awesome. SmartView is great. I can play video from phone or laptop

Beautiful Picture

The crisp, clear colors on this TV are so phenomenal my grandfather said it reminded him of his vision after having cataract surgery. Blacks are black. Blues are blue. The screen is bright but not straining. The sound quality for a thin TV is very surprisingly good. The processor in the TV (that makes this TV a "smart TV") is a little sluggish and has trouble handling apps immediately after turning the TV on, as if it has to "warm up". It's sometimes frustrating, but wouldn't prevent me from buying the TV all over again. I've owned it 2.5 months and am appreciating the quality all around. The handheld remote takes a little getting-used to, but I've mastered it by now. Even 1080p is upgraded to a much clearer picture to handle the size. My friends are worried 4K is "too clear", as was I before I took the plunge. NOT the case, believe me! Even streaming 4K feed (let alone 1080), the picture is NOT grainy as if the contrast dial was turned on max. It's simply not the case. Having this 4K TV made by Samsung makes me feel like we're getting closer and closer to the quality of AMOLED screens on phones and tablets. The 120Hz motion rate (deceptively advertised as Motion Rate 240) is a must with a 4K TV this size (60"). Going with 60Hz is like getting a 6 cylinder engine in a corvette.
Throw in a decent surround sound, turn the lights down, and lay back, and enjoy the experience.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, sleek design
Cons: sluggish processor

Stunning Picture and Clarity Wow !

Title says it all ! This TV is awesome ! The new OS is snappy and fast. The picture is sharp, crisp, and clear with amazing colors. I can not wait to use the 4k resolution more it's amazing. Not to mention you can not go wrong with Samsung customer service they are top notch. There customer service is probably some of the best I have ever dealt with. Thank you Samsung for a wonderful backed by great customer service and warranty.

This TV is my update to my Family. It's been 7 years since I bought a new living room TV, in fact we still have the 46" inch LED and it will be moving to our bedroom. So far this TV is amazing. Great size , great picture quality, great wifi reach, and lots of features. It's almost like having a 60" inch tablet with all the features. If you're looking for a good clean update to your living room this is it. The design of this tv looks great in any living room.
Movies look amazing and the colors just pop. You can adjust the brightness as always and more. I have always supported Samsung and have always been amazed by their products. My three year old's first tv is a Samsung and now my newborn's tv will be a samsung. I just have to go shopping for one after I pay this beast off.

Great start to building a home theater

The colors are vivid, thin bezel and sleek stand. Quick start up, I can start it, open Netflix, and play the last thing I was watching in around 20 seconds. That is unprecedented for me. I got the 60" model and boy I love it. Worth every $.

No More Mouse Control (A Giant Step Backwards)

We have bought several Samsung TVs with the integrated mouse over the past 2 years. Loved this feature when you are using the TV with web pages. Bought this model to continue our use of mouse enabled TVs. Surprise no more mouse.... We had everything Samsung in our plant, now we will buy 20 of the LG 60UH7700 TVs because they continue to have a mouse and make it better every year. No more Samsung TVs for us....
Cons: Did not meet expectations, no mouse remote
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great TV

I own this TV for about a month now. Great display with preset picture settings and trying more custom ones. Last software update has fixed lots of problems. There's still an issue with Netflix app, when Samsung instant ON is enabled for quick start, Netfilx does not work properly. Love new remote with pointer : ) For the price of this TV, it should include 3D glasses with it.
Pros: Realistic color, great set of features
Cons: does not include 3d glasses
