Good Processing Unit

It has one of the best processing unit, But only the processing unit is not enough for the day today task, We need an excellent camera with flash and 2mp of front camera, OTG Support, Ringtone setting for songs. Kindly fullfill all the needs for day today life. One this like Lumia is syncronisation.

this is the worst phone i have ever had,kicks off of every app. glitchy shuts off during phone calls n0n of popular apps no snap chat has built in skype but only one camera have had this for less than a year better off sending smoke signals

Poor design and poor user documentation in order to perform

I spent 30 years in computer application design and I'm registered as a Certified Computer Professional.
As to the design portion: to accomplish a function the less touches required, the better. As to its user documentation: each should have a single purpose function objective that is identified as "why" we need to perform it!

Phone does not have a reversible camera.

I bought this new phone 2 days ago. The phone does not have directions anywhere (that I could find) that tells you how to take a selfie. I played with it and looked for directions all day until I figured it out. It's really not hard, but it would have been helpful to have had the directions for this in the "Welcome Start Guide." The directions on-line are not correct. I think they just need updated because it is a new product. I'm also still trying to figure out what the different icons on the phone mean because they aren't listed in the "Welcome Start Guide" or on-line. I do wish it had a reversible camera! Once these issues are corrected, I believe it would be an excellent product.

I bought a lumia phone ,had it for about five months and then one day it turned off and didn't want to turn back on
