Dead End To Every Setting or App Use

This phone is worse less. I cannot have access to anything because all have a dead end, in other words, you have no control over the phone. This phone is limited to a dead end where the user cannot and have no privacy or choices over the phone.

I've only had this phone for 3 months and it is giving me so much trouble. I like the phone but it is not worth the money I paid for it.

Worse phone I ever had. Freezes up,turns off,no apps updated,unable to update most apps,can't play any games on facebook,games can load continually throw me out and returns to home page. It somehow reset lost all my info and none my passwords work since so I can't retrieve info that was suppose to have backed up on cloud. I'm done with it and throwing in trash can where it belongs. How these windows phones are getting any good reviews is beyond me.

Love this phone! 20mp camera and 8 mp selfie camera... It is fast and has a kid zone feature that keeps the kids locked out of other apps. Can't wait for 8.1 update. Wireless charging is awesome and I mean set the phone on the qi pad to charge... Did I mention that I love this phone? learn something new everyday and share features with apple and Android friends. Me switch? No way! Tap and share pics or project pics on PC screen without wires... This phone is a dream.
Pros: Personal, Business, fun, toddler distraction

No front camera when every people love to selfie and face chat

Feel so great when window come out new phone with OS 8.1 and price is awesome. also an unlocked.
But I feel so terrible when i find out it don't have front camera. What kind of age it is to not include the front camera. Is it so hard to include the tiny front camera . I mean, people chat with video is too popular now to miss out, also the selfie.
I don't have the phone because i don't buy it, because i didn't wan to have it just for cortana and then i cant Skype with my mom back in my country.
Oh Microsoft, why you make me feel so bad. Just 1 simple feature you can have ton of people rush to buy it!

This is the worst phone I've ever had ever and I've had cell phones for 18 years. The window tiles randomly move, battery life is short,. Service connection is awful. My husband and I have the same service but, different phones and he has no issues at all.

The biggest problem with this phone is that is has no instructions. I had to go around the world to figure out how to make data roam. I had no data connection. It said that I was trying to use data and had none available. I bought a plan with unlimited data and it showed that I had unlimited data. Could not make it roam when out of range of WiFi. Works fine with WiFi. The earphone plug does not work. I have tried several different programs with sound and none of them will work with earphones. I have not tried to use the camera but am disappointed that it faces only one way and has no flash.
