nice phone but dissappointed in battery life. I don't use a lot of apps, fully charched on tues morning, by thurs. about dead. Made one or two calls/text, during that time.

Lets see where to start OK apps crash on a daily basis also a lack of good apps, NO Flash and a dodgie camera ... so why did I buy it, well it was a good fit in the hand and with the promise of updating to Windows 10 which I now find wont happen because the version I bought only has 512MB of ram which was a surprise to me I though I was getting a phone with 1GB of ram and the retailer doesn't give a toss tells me it's my fault for not checking so basically don't buy this phone get something else with atleast 1GB of ram

i dont like this phone as much as everyone else, why is because i cant download anything .IT always says something went wrong log into microsoft so then i do then im just looking at everything and im just lost. I cant download instagram,kik,twitter,facebook nothing

USB port malfunctions, so you can't charge the phone. Can't replace USB because it is attached to mother board.

I was happy with this phone, especially because it is as basic as a smart phone can get. But that USB port is an issue with many consumers, a glitch I guess, and is the only reason I would not recommend this phone.

The worse keyboard ever.

Keyboard design is awful. Easy to make mistakes hard to rectify. No back button. Took awhile to figure out how to use the stupid correction bubbles. Rather juvenile.
Also, none of the functions are simple. Have to go thru multiple steps to access EVERYTHING including making a simple phone call. If you like things simple this is NOT the phone for you.

If I could go back and redo my upgrade, I would and it would not be a Windows phone. I dislike this phone more than any phone I've had. It glitches and drags and is not fast at all. I seems like it continually has a issue.

Don't trust Windows

When it says that the camera on this phone is great,
1. The camera is bad
2. There is no front facing camera
What am I supposed to do with this? There are hardly ANY apps for the phone, except internet explorer and Skype... HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SKYPE WITH NO FRONT FACING CAMERA??? DO YOU WANT ME TO HOLD MY PHONE UP TO A MIRROR??? Everything crashes, and all the apps are outdated. So while your friends play the latest version of your favorite game, you are stuck with a fake version that crashes. The budget for windows phones is way sub-par. Please do something or I will change phones.
