very frustrating phone

So far, the battery is great. I've had it for 5 months, and really only need to charge it every other day. And I like the interface. I chose this phone for its price point and because I really liked my last windows phone (Samsung focus flash#, so I was pleased with the familiar interface. That is the good. My main complaint is that I cannot have one session on explorer that doesn't end in me being kicked out to the menu screen. It simply happens every time. Also, some pages load improperly, surfing random articles from Facebook links is a no-no. The screen is sometimes unresponsive. The typing can be frustrating #I'm actually becoming frustrated right now!#. Personalizing the notifications eludes me #in that I can't make them shut up!# I could go on, but in short, I've had this phone for as long as I have because I'm cheap #and because I checked my receipt after a month and found I couldn't return it# but now I'm sick of it and will soon be dropping some dough on a new #non-windows) device. Unsatisfied

poor battery life, cotina has hijacked my phone!

We chose the phone because we have 2 laptops that run windows 8.1 and having a phone that can pass data easily between machines would be a plus. However, lately
the phones battery life is less than 1/2 a day and Cortina-mocrosofts siri- has taken over the phone and left it parylized. The phone runs warm and I cant seem to stop that feature other than to shut down the speaker. Hopefully I can get some help from some foreum because T-Mobile folks seem only to know android or i-phones

This phone has pretty much everything you could ask for. No front camera, but I knew that when I bought it. I have the Nokia 920 as well, but don't like the bulk of it. Love Cortana, action center, and zippiness of this budget phone. I love this thing for my daily use phone. I hope the more apps become available and keep those apps current because I love this ecosystem.

This is a good phone with many features and easy to use battery life could be better but not terrible no cortana in uk I had to change region & speech to english(usa) and now it there as beta version shame it isn't in my real region got as Xmas prezzy 2014 now Feb 2015 and if I change language back to english(uk) cortana disappears would still recommend phone I use mine a lot

music player doesn't play mp3 files from the player but using a file browser it plays fine... Why? update is out but can't update pone
