This is the first windows phone I have purchased and it by far exceeds all my expectations. I'm hooked. I have never owned a faster phone,hands down the best smartphone on the market,in my humble opinion.

Needs Improvement

This phone is difficult to use. It doesn't have basic features that every other phone has, such as access to google products, most store apps, and bookmark import/export. Why do you offer updates for one type of Lumia phones but not all? Features that are suppose to be included with phone aren't actually available. Big disappointment.

No flash, front camera

Really, no front camera or flash is my biggest complaint. A Windows phone and Skype is useless.

Who like restarts, 6GB OS in 7GB memory, wrong doc formats, non compatibility with evrthng, missing LED, poor app support-i lost bank app, etc., buy it.

Awsome features for the price

With 5 weeks of use I love this phone. The screen size is big enough. The overall quality is great. The windows operating system is as good as apple or android. For the price this phone is the best.
