I had an android before this and this phone is disappointing. I can only get about two current apps that are popular and it doesn't even have a front-facing camera. I can't believe a consumer would even buy a phone like this

My First Phone

I got this phone for my 16th birthday and it was really fast and had long battery life. I had a lot of app options and was really easy and fun to personalize.
Pros: Personal, texting, games

Perfect phone

This phone is perfect for me, easier to read and easier to hear. The only problem I have been having is with voice notes. I try to send a voice note and when I go to press "Done" the screen turns off until i stop touching the screen. Besides that its perfect.

Have had the 635 for about a year (512 version.) Previous to that I had iPhones for several years. I am a fan but ready for an upgrade to a 1g RAM model. This phone has all standard apps and some nice ports. Sometimes an app or upgrade of an app available elsewhere won’t be available to you. The ability to have big and custom arranged tiles is amazing...you can even create tiles for favorite web pages, etc. The music app is great and has some great features like full EQ and virtual surround (with the Denim update.) The 512 ram does cause a noticeably slower experience compared to my old iPhones - especially with multi-tasking. Cortana is better that Siri, and I really enjoy GPS based reminders (i.e. "Remind me to get eggs next time I'm at the store.) The physical build is ok, the plastic case backs crack around the corners easily (we have 5 of these in the family.) The screen is decent and has gorilla glass, although my son shattered his dropping it from waist height. The brightness is adequate in sunlight but not great. The no front facing camera is annoying but manageable. The camera is OK in good light, video as well. If you get the blue one - everybody will think you have an iPhone 5c :)

I'm sticking with Windows phone

I had an Android phone that was a pain especially when having to transfer music to the SD card. Windows lets download directly to your SD card. Plus I love Cortana. There are few drawbacks in the fact that some apps aren't available to this phone that Android users can take advantage of, but the pros outweigh the cons by a mile.

The only thing that I don't like about windows in general is that when it comes to big updates like Lumia Denim, I'm pretty much left in the dark, waiting for the the release not knowing when it will be available.Maybe that's just T-mobile's fault.

I like the battery life on this phone but I don't like they way it shuts down and I have to reset it.Sometimes it will not boot up for hours.
