not so impressed as others appear to be!

Loved it for the first 3-4 weeks, was excited about my first smart phone. Have had problems since! Phone freezes, messages not received or sent and I have to turn phone off and on frequently throughout the day to get my messages....I don't download but needed a simple app related to my medical professional that all of my coworkers have.....had to call the apps support to find out that my phone doesn't support it! Don't like camera, battery life is poor (don't even use my phone at work during 13 hours there)! I won't buy another Lumia.....too many glitches!

The phone is okay...

I was very disappointed in using this phone. I came from a Samsung S4. The company advertised the phone to me as better than any other phone in the world. After six months of trying with this phone, I have given up on thinking this was a satisfactory phone. It is a good phone for beginners, however, I'm not a beginner and I expect a better phone from the Microsoft corporation. Not only is the phone of poor quality, the store has little apps useful to me. Snapchat, Musically, and Instagram are just a few of the apps that the Microsoft Windows store lacks. If I didn't have a contract, I would've switched as soon as I got this phone.
