Current version of facebook app crashes often but aside from that, brilliant little device. No problems as it does all described by Microsoft, successfully.
Not as many apps available for windows phone OS as I'd hope but there coming, restlessly waiting

I really like the lumia 635 because I can sync things pretty easy from my old phone. Even though there aren't as many apps on the windows store as there are on android, most of them are there and it is fast on the internet and doesn't lag during normal use. It stream video on YouTube and Netflix really well. It can even scan QR codes whereas my old android couldn't!!! Overall a great phone, I recommend it.

the power button stopped working

I bought this phone for my 17 year old son. Just after 3 months the power button got broken so the phone became unuseable

What A Revelation!

This is my first Windows Phone, and my first touch screen device. I have been using a BlackBerry for several years, and was heartbroken when my carrier discontinued them. Not anymore! This wonderful phone quickly became my best friend. It is easy to use, never freezes up, and the OS is logical and uncomplicated.
