First time windows phone user and forever !!

I switch to lumia 635 from my s4 mini and now I really love this phone. Because the windows phone is smooth , easy to use, and special is I can send message to my sister with the picture , some of android phone can not send message with the picture.

The phone works well and I like the windows setup. But was disappointed to find it does not take selfies. The photo quality is really good and I would give this a 5 across the board IF it could take selfies.

Overall, it is a great deal for the price. Fast, good battery life (can last 2 days with minimal use or music), decent audio quality, and I also really like Windows phone.
However, I came to one point where I had to do a factory reset and lost all my data. I don't know why, but apps stopped responding, including messages, music, whatever; and then my sd card was unrecognized. Everything went back to normal after the reset, but wifi connections are now unstable, and this phone DEVOURS data (4G).

Lots of value for this Phone

Amazingly easy to use, very intuitive and right on the money value.
The only I miss so far is a flash, but the camera can take pretty impressive pictures even when light is low. With 5M pixels, it is not super high quality, but again I don't need more.
Well done Nokia, well done. I was skeptical you could do it...

This is my first smart phone, and it's GREAT! I would recommend this product if you would like a nice smart phone for a cheap price. The features like Cortana are great, but there is a downside when it comes to the choice of apps. Not many games, like Crossy Road or Plague Inc., and sometimes the phone closes the app for no reason. But all together, this is an amazing work of art!

Needs More Apps/Update Kik App!!!

When I got my Lumia 635, I was skeptical of it becuase of the bad reviews I heard about the Windows Phone brand. I like the display and the customization. The battery power is average, since I don't use my phone like that. However, it would help if the Windows Phone Store work on turning some apps from Beta version like Instagram. It would also help if apps like Kik gets an update. The overall beauty of the phone blows my expectations and the camera is phenomenal but it is confusing which camera app to use since there are like 2 or 3 apps to choose from. The feel is different since I am used to iOS and Android platforms. Cortana is a big help and in my opinion is better than Siri. I would suggest having a iPod or a tablet so you can still use some apps that Windows doesn't quite have yet. Overall, the phone is a good phone with nice features.
