These cartridges are so easy to use. They load instantly and I have never had a bad experience with any of them.

I am so disappointed that the supposed XL cartridge was no better than the regular one. I ran out of ink just one week after I received it and I am not even a heavy computer user.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In addition to ease of use this product had good directions. What I really love however is the online shop experience. The direct link with my printer makes shopping hassle-free and you know you have the right products. Quality . . . Simple and quick . . . That's a winner!
