I was running out of ink fast so I ordered the XL size and I wonder why I did not do it long time ago. It sure is nice to have the larger size.

the ink is good and produces a good copy but the printer uses too much ink.

It has been my experience, in the past, that only HP ink cartridges work well in HP printers, thus have not ever used any other manufactuers cartridges in this printer. The XL cartridges do provide additional printing over the non-XL cartridges. If using an HP printer, then HP cartridges are the best for print quality and volume.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the multi pack is more convenient than having 3 separate orders and is cheaper than ordering them individually.

WIRELESS EPRINT

At least every two months my wireless printer goes off line and it takes me hours (sometimes) of reintalling it to get it working again. Also the many anoying "POP UP WINDOWS" it throughs up when I am in the middle of working is just not right, I wish I could turn them off !!! I do not need to be reminded to buy ink every few minutes, once theses windows start they just don't stop !! Plus the ink cart. are way to small and expencive!!! Also the "PHOTO BLACK INK" is hard to order your web store is very vauge on this product!! I have ordered this and gotten the large "Regular Black Ink" many times, in fact I have enough of the reg. ink to last me several years because of this. I will never buy a wireless printer again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Big Problem with Cyan

We have just gone through three cyan ink cartridge replacements. These were from three separate orders. The other colors and black have all been fine. Each cyan has lasted less than two weeks before being used up, ruining many color copies. The last order, two of each of the colors, was a bit unusual in that the cyan did not arrive with the others, but was mailed to us separately. This may be a clue that HPis having a problem with its cyan cartridges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
